????????據報道，山西臨汾堯都區魏村鎮吳家莊中心小學附近一家非法化工廠肆意排放含苯廢氣和廢水，導致該校學生和吳家莊村民出現不同程度的頭痛、噁心等症狀。當地村民在工廠門口抗議，並集體下跪，要求工廠停產，截至2日已持續了3天。?

????????據瞭解，山西臨汾堯都區魏村鎮吳家莊中心小學鄰近山海化工廠。該化工廠長期超標準排放高濃度含苯廢氣和廢水，已嚴重影響當地村民和學校的正常生活。?

????????當地村民表示，學生放學回家後，經常出現頭疼、噁心等不適症狀，學校在上課時也不能打開窗戶及進行戶外運動。另外，該廠職工也時有噁心、頭疼、發燒等症狀，在生產作業中即使配有防毒面具，也難以忍受刺鼻的氣味。?

????????記者採訪得知，山海化工廠主要生產二氯苯氨，同時亦生產一定份量的固光。這兩類產品都屬於高污染危害品，生產過程中會產生高濃度的苯化物和氯氣，這些污水和廢氣若不經過適當處理隨便排放，將會造成嚴重危害。?

????????該廠位於學校的上風向處，未經處理的污水直接流入附近農田，田中的作物和樹木長期被浸泡在污水中，奄奄一息。自2月29日起，村民在化工廠大門前拉起我們要藍天我們要生存的橫額，並集體下跪要求該廠立即停工。不過，持續三天的抗議並未取得實質成效。該廠相關負責人閉門不見，廠內運作依舊。但有知情人士透露，該廠部分產品目前已因抗議停產。而當記者趕到現場後，該廠才暫時停止一切生產。?

????????當地鎮政府人員指出，山海化工廠並未通過環保環評，亦未辦理建廠土地手續，屬於違法建設生產，應予關停。然而，該廠對於政府的關停建議充耳不聞，不予落實。

　　11月22日凌晨5時許，離石金田商務大廈發生火災事故，造成8人死亡、17人受傷。為汲取此次火災教訓，防止各類重特大火災事故尤其是群死群傷火災事故的發生，全省從即日起對人員密集場所、易燃易爆場所、高層建築和地下建築等進行消防安全大檢查，尤其要抓好小學校、小醫院、小商場、小餐飲、小旅館、小娛樂、小網吧、小美容院、小加工廠等九小場所的監督管理。由於九小場所大多分佈在城市社區和鄉鎮密集居住區內，經營戶消防意識差，火災隱患十分突出。
